Partner programme
Help your clients. Earn on every deal. Become a thought leader in AI CX.
Introduce us to clients whose teams cannot get to every customer. Earn 15% of everything we collect for up to two years.
What you would be introducing
Three jobs every service team already has a name for.
Three places where a service team runs out of hands, the number each one moves, and how the problem sounds across the table.
Answer everyone who calls
Service and support teams with a queue they cannot staff for at peak, or after hours.
"Our abandon rate spikes every Monday."
"We staff for the average because we cannot staff for the peak."
Reach every new enquiry in seconds
Sales and intake teams with more web and phone enquiries than reps can call back.
"We get to the lead on day three."
"Half the forms never get a call at all."
Follow up on what is owed
Finance and collections teams working their own book. First party only, with disclosure on every contact.
"The small balances never get worked."
"Nobody calls back on the date the customer gave."
White-glove service was always rationed to the customers you had the hands for. That constraint is gone. Every customer, on every channel, gets the same care, without hiring a single extra person.
THE PITCH, IN ONE BREATH
The product
AI co-workers for customer experience, run as one loop.
8loop takes the conversations a service team cannot get to and runs them end to end, on voice, chat, email and text, for customers the company already has. It sits beside the client's platform and writes everything back to one record.
Reads the customer's record before it speaks: who they are, what happened last time, what is owed or open.
Calls, chats, emails or texts, on the channel the customer answers, inside the windows the client sets.
Handles the conversation to the end. Books, answers, arranges, and hands to a person the moment it should.
Every conversation is reviewed and scored, and what worked feeds the next one. The co-worker gets sharper every week, with nobody sitting over it.
Whichever channel they answer on
Who we are
Built by the team who built CX software that your clients already run.
8loop's founders built and architected the customer experience products at Freshworks, including Freddy AI, and the platform at Rocketlane. This is the second time they have built for this market.
Avaneesh
Co-founder and CEO
Built Freddy AI at Freshworks from the ground up, after years building Freshworks' customer experience products.
Karthikeyan
Co-founder and CTO
Principal architect of customer experience products at Freshworks.
Arun
Co-founder and CPO
Built and scaled Rocketlane's FDE platform from the ground up.
What is live today
The programme
One programme.
Two stages.
No tiers to climb, no forms to fill. You start the day you sign and we move you up when the third customer pays.
Referral Partner
You open the door and stay in the room. Register the prospect, make the introduction, join the first call. We run the sale.
Co-sell Partner
Same rate, twice the window. You run discovery and the demo, and quote inside agreed ranges. We still contract, bill and carry support.
Drag it. Watch what the third customer does.
Illustrative. The signed agreement governs. Implementation, technology and marketplace partners run on their own schedules; this is the referral and co-sell path, which is where almost everyone starts.
Who to introduce us to
Three questions tell you if a client is a fit.
What industry, what kind of company, and who in the building. If all three line up, make the introduction.
Which industry
Where we are live today
- Lending and consumer finance
- Healthcare and clinics
- Retail and e-commerce
Also a strong fit
- Insurance
- Buy now pay later
- Utilities and subscriptions
- Home services and dealerships
What kind of company
The shape that works
- Has a contact centre, 20 to 500 seats, in-house or outsourced
- Talks to its own customers: service, support, enquiries, an existing book
- Runs a cloud stack: Five9, Genesys, Amazon Connect, Twilio, Zendesk, Salesforce, HubSpot
- Has a queue, a backlog or an after-hours gap someone is measured on
Who in the building
The person who owns the number
- VP Customer Service, Head of Contact Centre, Director of Support
- VP Sales, Head of Inside Sales, Head of Growth or Admissions
- Head of Collections, VP Finance, Head of Billing
- VP IT, VP Engineering, CTO, when the stack is theirs to change
If nobody owns a queue metric, there is no buyer, however interested the room sounds.
Three questions. Ninety seconds. You will know.
01
"How many of your customers does your team never get to in a week?"Listen for a number they cannot give you, or one that embarrasses them.
02
"What happens to an enquiry that arrives at seven on a Friday evening?"Listen for "it waits until Monday."
03
"Who owns that queue number, and are they happy with it?"Listen for a named person with a problem. That person is the buyer.
Not a fit. Save your credibility.
- Cold outbound to a bought list
- Under about twenty seats
- Nobody owns a queue metric
- They want a website chatbot
- An IVR swap with no follow up
After you introduce us
Four steps, and you are in the room for all of them.
What happens from the moment you register a client, and how long each step takes.
Before you make the introduction, not after. Company, your contact, what you think the use case is. We confirm the account is yours within two business days, and it stays yours for six months.
One email, in your words, copying us in. We book the first meeting within three business days. You are welcome on it, and on every call after.
Discovery, demo, a paid pilot that goes live in two weeks, the contract. You get an update at every stage without asking, and $200 the day the pilot goes live.
15% of every dollar the customer pays us, for 12 months, rising to 24 at your third paid customer. Statement by the 10th, paid within 15 days.
We never contact your client without you, and we never go around a registered account. Both are written into the agreement.
Proof
From live accounts, not a pitch deck.
Names stay under NDA until the customer clears them, which is how you would want it if it were your client. Register a deal and we will put your prospect on a call with someone who is live.
What you get
The commission is where it starts, not where it ends.
Everything below is yours from the day you sign, whether or not a deal has closed yet.
Join the programme
Start with one introduction.
Whether you refer, resell, implement or integrate, the first step is the same: one client whose team cannot get to every customer. We take it from there, and you are paid on everything we collect.
